Meet the Founder: Rebecca
A Rebellion Against Rigidity
From the outside, you might think Rebecca followed the playbook: business school, marketing background, successful startup roles, climbing the ladder. But underneath it all, her journey reads more like a quiet revolution.
Rebecca left the corporate world not just because it didn’t *fit*—but because it dulled her sharpest tools: creativity, agility, freedom. So she did what many dream of but few dare: she rebuilt her career on her own terms. First as a freelancer supporting small businesses, then diving headfirst into the fast-moving, build-it-from-scratch world of startups.
But even as she thrived professionally, she started to notice a deeper truth: high performance often came at the cost of personal well-being. Burnout was glamorized. Overworking was rewarded. And far too many smart, capable people felt unfulfilled despite having careers that looked successful on paper.
That realization was the seed for Work & Wellth.
Rebecca created *Work & Wellth* as a response to a deeper question:
What if work was the key for living well—rather than something to work around?
Work & Wellth exists to help ambitious professionals design careers that align with their values, energy, and ideal lifestyle. It’s not about choosing between impact and ease, or success and wellbeing—it’s about creating a path that holds both.
Through practical tools, thoughtful programming, and real-world strategy, Rebecca helps people rethink their relationship with work—so they can pursue what matters without burning out in the process.
Because work shouldn’t drain your life.
It should help you build one that feels *deeply* your own..
